Itech has chosen the Teamviewer tools for a flexible and quick assistance to the user. The advantages of these tools are a flexible choice in terms of content and date. Thus is it easy to schedule a training program, tailored and scalable (half-day training as example). These tools also overcome distances and borders. A simple broadband internet connection is required.
