ACORD-CP: calculation by finite elements
ACORD-CP (Shells-Beams) serves to analyze both the static and dynamic behavior of all structures capable of being modeled by beam, plate and shell finite elements.

| A problem-free approach to generating meshes |
The geometrical definition of any structure can be accomplished with great ease thanks to this integrated design drawing tool that encompasses a wide array of functional features (e.g. creation of points-lines-circles-splines, symmetry-translation-rotation operations, importation of DXF files,…).
The step of building finite element plate and shell meshes often proves fastidious and may obstruct use of the finite element method. ACORD-CP has been designed to free the user from this burden thanks to a series of automated mesh-generation procedures applicable to any type of surface, whether alveolar or not.
