Update of the current installation

Please follow the procedure indicated below.

Installation of the tool to get your RUS number Key.

Download the tool needed for your key type

Single user Key: RUS-Memo

Nethasp Key: RUS-Net

Unzipp the file.zip, then launch the .exe on the computert where your key is.
Optional: Launch the Licence Manager if you are using a nethasp key.
Attach your keyon the USB or parallel port (depends of your key type).
Run the RUS tool : Start-->programs -->itech-->RUS-memo (ou Net)-->RUS
Click on the GetID button and copy it in the following form.

Update PALLET-Express

To update PALLET-Express v3.0.1 to PALLET-Express v3.1.0, please uninstall your previous version of PALLET-Express v3.0.1, then fill out the form below:

Copy the code file

Once received by email the Code_Pallet-Express_3.1.xml file, copy this one in the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\itech\Codes.

Warnings on downloads:

If a dialog box inviting you to run or save the file is posted, click on Run.
According to your security center, a yellow line under your navigation bar can appear. Click on authorizing to accept the installation.
